Kishore has more than 30 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, which includes CEO, CFO of global enterprises and was Managing Partner with a public accounting firm in NYC, He also founded Outsource Partners International, Inc. in 2001 and built to 4,000 professions globally and served as its CEO and President which
was subsequently sold to a public company.
He is a recognized expert in global business, tax and compliance matters. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales and has been
licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in New York.
Rupesh Kakarai
Rupesh Kakarai is a cofounder and Managing Director at TMAG, a CFO suite advisory and services company. Rupesh was co-founder and Vice President at ComplyGlobal which developed global compliance software (ComplyGlobal.com). At ComplyGlobal, he built the compliance content for 16 countries and was
responsible for the finance and accounting functions of the group. He has over 20 years of professional accounting, consulting and project evaluation experience with Multinationals in India and the USA.
Prior to ComplyGlobal, he worked as Associate Vice President with OPI (now EXL Services), a large outsourcing service provider. Rupesh headed the MIS Reporting function for the F&A center of excellence. During his tenure at OPI, Rupesh was also responsible for solution design and for advisory services for European clients. Prior
to joining OPI, he worked as audit principle at a leading audit firm responsible for internal audits, controls and working capital evaluations for client firms in the retail, metals, hospitality and financial services verticals.
He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Certified Management Accountant from the Institute of Management
Accountants USA and has graduation in Commerce from Mumbai University.
